3 Months Old

WOW, 3 whole months! Where has the time gone already. It seems like just yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital and on the other hand it seems like she has always been here! Life is great even better than I could have imagined with Izzie in our lives. Everyday she brings Scott & I such joy and happiness! Our little princess is getting so big! We estimate she probably weighs in the 12 lb. range now! We will find out at her 4 month appointment! She is getting longer because her short little legs are fitting better in her outfits that are 3-6 months now.
She is wearing 3 month size. She can still fit some 0-3 sizes and some 3-6 sizes!
At 3 months these are the things she is doing...
*Cooing & talking- she tells some big stories
*Holding her head up
*On her tummy she holds her head up high
*Eats cereal GREAT with a spoon
*SLEEPS through the night, we usually have her down by 8:30 sometimes 9 or 9:30 and she will sleep until 8:30 or 8:45
*Tracks objects
*Focuses in on objects and people
*Recognizes familiar people especially Mommy & Daddy
*Watches TV
*Drools like crazy (we think she may be teething)
*Loves her fists
*She found her thumb just last night
*SMILES so big
*Kicks
*Grasping at objects close by
She is doing so much and is so much fun! Her noises have started to change when she talks and we just know that she is going to bust out laughing real soon! We had 3 month pics made yesterday so when we get those back I will scan them in for all to see. What can we say life is great and we are truly blessed to have Isabelle in our lives, Happy 3 months baby girl!
